Today I thought I’d share some recent work we’ve done with our amazing client and friends, The Lion Richlands.

Troy and his team are fantastic to work with and these food shoots say a lot about how seriously they take both their food and the marketing of it.

We’ve done two of these food shoots now and they are really fun and interesting to shoot.

Kudos to The Lion for bringing in a food Stylist, the wonderfully talented Pete May.  Shooting food videos or photos can be tricky business and having a stylist of Pete’s calibre just makes the entire process a breeze. Not to mention how laid back and easy going Pete is on set. Shout out to his assistant JB as well for being just as awesome to work with. You should see the amount of props, backgrounds and gadgets these guys turn up with.

On these shoots All Is Light is there to create the videos, but photography on the day is handled by the amazing Mindi Cooke. Just check out her site to see what a pro she is. Such beautiful work and Mindi is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is so calm and collected on set, nothing troubles her. And the photos, just wow.

The really lovely thing about these shoots is the harmony and teamwork between everyone involved. It’s something we all really appreciate and you can feel it in the final photos and videos. It comes through loud and clear.

Last but not least is big shout out to Hussein and his team in the kitchen at the Lion Richlands. They’re really creating something special over there, and the numbers of people coming through the door are a confirmation of this.
