Then in late December of 2010, we up and moved from Mackay to Brisbane; just a couple of weeks prior to the big 2011 floods! This was a huge move for us and our business. Up until then, DWPhoto covered weddings, commercial photography, family portraits and pretty much everything in between. Once we relocated to Brisbane, we narrowed our focus from shooting everything under the sun, to focusing on commercial work. This was a shift that felt very purposeful and proved to be an important change for the business.
